As you probably know by now, BiomeBliss is delicious just mixed with water, but there are so many ways to enjoy the goodness of a serving of BiomeBliss. We like to mix it up, shake it up, roll it up and add other goodies.
Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy our delicious daily prebiotic, as well as ideas from satisfied BiomeBliss customers. And don’t worry about making too much: you can always refrigerate what you don’t use in the morning, and have it later!
You’ll get used to the color, because this is the ultimate meal skipper for us.
Add it all the blender, mix and enjoy!
Put a scoop of BiomeBliss in a glass and add some soda water—a few tablespoons. Mix this up to a syrup consistency and then add a bit more soda and mix again. Then add your ice and the rest of the soda. If you add the soda all at once it might fizz too much.
Combine ¼ scoop of BiomeBliss with one jigger of Cachaça, one jigger of fresh lime juice and one tablespoon of Swerve sweetener. Shake with ice and serve in stemmed cocktail glass or poured in tall glass with ice.
Tired of drinking different. How about these snack ideas?
For some people, the desire to eat at night can de-rail their healthy habits during the day. You had a light breakfast, a salad without too much dressing for lunch and skipped the carbs at dinner, but then you need something sweet. Let that something sweet be a BiomeBliss treat.
Combine BiomeBliss with a cup of plain Greek yogurt. You can also freeze this for a tasty popsicle. Add chia seeds, chopped nuts, hemp seeds or coconut flakes for added nutrition.
Combine 4 to 6 scoops of BiomeBliss in a mixing bowl. Add just a few tablespoons of water and mix together with a fork. This will be a rather stiff cookie dough but there should be no powder left and it shouldn’t be too wet either. Keep it nice and stiff by working all the powder in with the fork working your way around the bowl with the fork smashing the dough. Now add some nuts or coconut or other crunchy stuff that you like—hopefully without any sugar! Roll this dough into small quarter sized cookie balls and then roll these in more nuts or coconut. These bite size bits will be 3 to 4 to a serving. You can store them in the freezer wrapped in wax paper 3 or 4 together. Take them out for lunch, afternoon or evening snack. They take about 15 minutes to thaw.
Add one scoop of BiomeBliss to only three tablespoons of cold water and mix vigorously with a fork. (Mix in coconut flakes or chopped pecans if you want.) Spread on a slice of whole wheat bread or a rice cracker with your favorite nut butter.
Combine 6 servings of BiomeBliss, 2 tablespoons pecans (chopped fine), 2 tablespoons water and mix to a thick batter about the consistency of a fig newton insides or a moist brownie—may need more or less water to achieve this (add more BiomeBliss if needed). Make this into small balls and freeze for about an hour or so. Stick a lollypop stick in each ball and then refreeze for a few hours. Melt sugar-free Lily’s chocolate and dip each bon-bon-on-a-stick to coat. Place on wax paper. Then freeze again. Thaw 2 hours prior to serving. * Lily’s Sweets, LLC.
