BiomeBliss Blueberry Graham Cracker Cheesecake Squares

What You'll Need

 

Berry Layer

2 cup frozen mixed berries

⅓ cup sugar
1 tbsp water

1 Pinch salt
½ scoop BiomeBliss

Graham Cracker Layer

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
10 tbsp butter, melted

¼ tsp salt

Cream Layer

1 cup + ½ cup cream
2 tsp gelatin
2 packages cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

How To Make

 

Heat berries, sugar, water and salt in a pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let mixture cool for 5 mins and blend/mix. Strain out seeds from mixture, then add ½ scoop of BiomeBliss. Mix graham crackers, sugar, butter and salt and press into greased 8-inch pan. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cream in a small pan over medium heat. While cooling, beat 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside. Using the same bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & salt until well blended, then stir in whipped cream & gelatin/cream mixture. Spread cream mixture over graham crust. Add fruit mixture layer on top of cream layer, and swirl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Enjoy!!

Gut Punch

What You'll Need

 

  • 1/4 serving of BiomeBliss
  • one jigger of Cachaça (or Rum)
  • one jigger of lime juice
  • one tablespoon of Swerve (or other non-sugar sweetener)

 

How To Make

 

Combine ¼ serving of BiomeBliss (BiomeBliss mixed in cold water) with one jigger of Cachaca, one jigger of fresh lime juice and one tablespoon of Swerve sweetener.  Shake with ice and serve in a tall glass with ice.

PB&BB

  • Peanut Butter
How To Make

Combine one scoop of BiomeBliss with a tablespoon of water. Spread peanut butter and BiomeBliss mixture on bread for a delicious and healthier alternative to PB&J.

Biome Boost

What You'll Need
  • BiomeBliss
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar-free almond milk or soy beverage
  • Low-sugar coconut water
How To Make

Combine one scoop of BiomeBliss with sugar-free almond milk or soy beverage and a few ice cubes in a blender. Find just the right consistency by adding a little water or low-sugar coconut water. Garnish with coconut flakes and chia seeds for added flavor.

Note: Adding fruit and toppings will increase sugar & calories.

Power Spread

What You'll Need

  • Cold water
How To Make

Add one scoop of BiomeBliss to only three tablespoons of cold water and mix vigorously with a fork for a smooth, delicious snack. Top with coconut flakes, pecans and dried cranberries as an extra treat.
