Our return policy is to accept unopened returns for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or if the canister has been opened, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For partial order returns (say, if you have opened one, but wish to return other unopened and undamaged canisters from the same order) please contact us at info@BiomeBliss.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging or adequately wrapped, padded and boxed for its safe return trip.
Please contact us at info@BiomeBliss.com to receive return authorization. To authorize your return, and process any refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the safe return of the product.
There are certain situations where no (or possibly only partial) refunds might be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable and authorized for return by email)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. You may be asked to accompany your request with photos of the packaging and product. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it might not be damaged in its return to our facility.
