Ultimate Snack Bar or Bonbons

Combine 1 cup of BiomeBliss, ½ cup chopped almonds or pecans, ½ cup of raw oats (pre-soaked, like overnight oats) and just enough cold water to make a very thick batter the consistency of a moist brownie—may need more or less water to achieve this, or add more BiomeBliss.


Form into ½ inch diameter balls. Roll in unsweetened coconut flakes or more chopped nuts and freeze.

Store in the freezer and thaw just what you want for a daily snack.

Snack Bar

Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper, then cover with a second sheet of wax paper. Use a rolling pin to smooth the mixture into a sheet about a 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick. Keeping mixture in the wax paper, transfer it onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. Allowing it to firm-up, but not freeze solid.  Remove and cut into sections about 5 inch long and 1.5 inch wide. Coat with melted sugar-free chocolate for added flavor.
