Yogurt Delight

Combine one scoop of BiomeBliss with a cup of any of your favorite yogurts, preferably one with little or no sugar. Mix to a smooth consistency – some are thicker than others and may benefit from a little thinning with water or milk. You can also freeze this for a tasty popsicle. Add garnishes such as chia seeds, hemp seeds and coconut flakes.

Note: Adding fruit and toppings will increase sugar & calories.
